Our Delivery Policy & Shipping Charges
We will happily ship any of our books anywhere in the world via Airmail. We do charge shipping, but this will be charged at cost to your credit card.
For actual costs for shipping our books to your destination, please email us on [email protected] or call us on 01980 629 349, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm GMT
Delivery times vary, but as a rule of thumb you can expect the following:
UK: 5 – 7 working days
Overseas Airmail: 10 – 14 working days

We use 128-bit encryption on our SSL secure server to ensure that your credit card & personal details are both gathered securely and stored securely where they cannot be accessed by anyone other than The Flower Shop staff. For peace of mind, look out for the padlock on the bottom right hand corner of your browser window when you are placing your order – this signifies that you are currently connected via SSL to our secure server.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will not pass your e-mail address to any third parties.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
